Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent back in a box. If these conditions are not met, you will not receive your money back.
Items must be shipped back within 10 days from receipt of return label.
Custom-made shoes, including those made with custom measurements and materials, are not eligible for a refund, return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are using your own label, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
BDLC Impact Designs LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. We do not accept exchanges for items that have been worn or used.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent back in a box. New items will not be shipped out until the original items are received and inspected.
We can only refund or exchange items that were purchased from www.caraclarkdesign.com.
All purchases made outside of the United States are final and not eligible for a return or exchange.
Shipping Address issues
If you made errors on the shipping address or the item is returned back to us by the carrier, you are responsible for paying for the item to get sent back to you again.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments before or after a sale period on any orders, no exceptions. Discount codes must be used at time of purchase.
