Shipping policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for receiving your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping time is not included in this estimate. Selecting a fast shipping speed does not mean orders will ship out sooner than 3-5 business days.

International customers are responsible for customs fees.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are using your own label, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
